Dr. Rosenna Bakari’s work is grounded in a lifetime of challenging limitations and redefining what is possible—an approach she now brings to leadership and organizational performance.

After being misdiagnosed with a significant learning limitation as a child, she went on to excel academically—entering Cornell University at seventeen, earning her master’s degree by twenty-two, and later completing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology.

These early experiences shaped her ability to recognize how beliefs, expectations, and environments influence performance—insight that now informs her work with leaders and teams.

With more than 30 years of experience in education, leadership development, and organizational consulting, Dr. Bakari helps leaders move beyond surface-level solutions to address the underlying patterns that impact communication, accountability, and results.

Her work is informed not only by academic expertise, but by lived experience—building a long-term partnership of over three decades, raising a family, and navigating diverse environments across multiple states and countries.
